There is a new version of Windows Live Writer. I am loving Live Writer. It definitely makes posting to a blog easier, which is good because I am lazy so anything to make it easier is good. The over all interface is better. My favorite improvement is interface for import pictures. Previous version wouldn’t let you post image without resizing. The newer version lets you post the original sized image as an option. You also get inline spell checking, that checks as you type.

This awesome clock has an internal pendulm that make the clock rock back and forth!

The Post has an interesting column looking at a photographers right to take photos in public space. Silver Spring helped pay for the development of an area, but it is owned by a private company. That private company forced a photographer to ask for permission before he could take photos.

I have been having some good luck when it comes to rental cars. Last week I got myself a Jeep Commander. Not a bad “little” car. I am more used to just getting compacts, except for the last time when I had a Ford f150. Anyhow, I def got used to this truck, but it took at little time. It was a nice car to rent, but I don’t think I would buy one. The design does not look too good. I would rather have the 4-door wrangler instead… that being said I could just for a normal compact. lots easier to get around in a city with one of those
