So I came across these drawing and had to try to copy them. I had a lot of trouble scanning them in though. The first version is the original scan and the second one is after I tried to remove the background. This is the original inspiration.

Carolyn wanted a Unicorn… I wanted to paint it purple!
So I just found a fun new source of entertainment… watercolor painting! I am not at all good at it, and it is actually more fun if you aren’t trying to be. What I have been doing is painting on white square post-it notes so I can leave them around the house. I am going for a basic black and white look, so all I do is sketch a little picture using a black sharpie and then color it in using black water colors. Not a refined look but it is fun and unique!
